We sincerely appreciate each guest and strive to create an atmosphere of trust, comfort and mutual respect. To ensure that your visit goes smoothly, please read the basic terms of booking and visiting.

Booking and prepayment

A deposit or full prepayment is required for certain types of massages in our salon. This allows you to reserve the time of the master just for you and carefully prepare for the procedure.

If there is a need to cancel or postpone the visit, we will be grateful for your notification no later than 24 hours in advance. In this case, the funds are stored on your bonus account or returned as agreed.

If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show, the deposit or prepayment is not refunded, because this time was reserved individually for you. After untimely cancellation or a missed visit, the next booking is made subject to full prepayment.

Gift certificates

A certificate must be booked in advance. Please bring a paper certificate or a photo of it with you when you visit. If the visit is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or the guest does not show up, 50% of the certificate value is cancelled. You can use the procedure again with an additional payment of the second half of the amount. In the event of a repeated untimely cancellation, the certificate, unfortunately, becomes invalid.

Duration of the procedure

The duration of the massage begins from the time of your appointment. If you wish to take a shower before the session, this time is included in the total duration of the procedure, so please take this into account when planning your visit.

Rules of stay

We take care of a safe and comfortable space for all guests and masters. In the event of a client being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or behaving aggressively or inappropriately, the master reserves the right to end the procedure early.

Contraindications

Our masters always care about your health, so we recommend that you refrain from massage in case of:

  • presence of neoplasms;
  • exacerbation of chronic diseases;
  • acute inflammatory or purulent processes;
  • serious allergic reactions;
  • untreated injuries, fractures, severe varicose veins;
  • mental disorders in the acute phase.

Clients with cardiovascular diseases or diabetes should consult a doctor in advance.
