Deluxe by Bezvuliak Massage Center appointment policy:
- Clients who cancel less than 4 hours or those who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged 30% for the scheduled service to our bank account immediately or in cash next time when they visit our massage center.
If you refuse to pay the refund, the next appointment will only be fixed if you pay the full cost in advance.
- All massages that need preparation and also all two-hour massages require a 30% pre-payment. Exceptions are for our regular clients or those with a positive visiting history.
All new clients and clients, who did not shown up for an appointment before are required to pay 30% of the massage fee in advance. If the massage is cancelled more than one day beforehand, the money is refunded.
Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification less than 22 hours before (i.e. later than 2 hours after receiving a reminder text message) will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
- If you systematically reschedule massages (more than three occasions), massage bookings are only possible with a 30% pre-payment. If the massage is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, the funds remain in your bonus account or are refunded. If the appointment is cancelled less than 22 hours before (i.e. later than 2 hours after receiving a reminder text message), the pre-payment is non-refundable.
- In case you have a gift certificate and do not show up or cancel your visit, you have a possibility to make another appointment for that massage. Cancellations with less than 22 hours of notice are subject to a certificate cancellation.
- The session starts at the scheduled time. If you wish to take a shower before the massage, this time is included in the massage session.
- If the client is intoxicated or behaves inappropriately and aggressively during the session, the masseur has the right to suspend the massage. The client will pay the full massage fee afterwards.
