How is the session?
The session is conducted by Kateryna Bezvulyak, a specialist in hypnotherapy, regressionology, and work with the body, psycho-emotional state, and subconscious processes.
The work is gentle and ecological. You remain in control and aware of everything that is happening.
During the session:
- we determine the main request;
- we conduct a practice for relaxation and concentration;
- we gently explore internal memories and experiences;
- we look for experiences or beliefs that may be related to the current state;
- we determine how they affect your reactions and life scenarios;
- we outline the direction of further work.
Kateryna does not impose ready-made explanations – her task is to create a safe space in which you can find your own answers on your own.
Who can the session be relevant for?
